CACHE RELATED ISSUES
Cache-related issues on SFI tend to appear when login sessions do not terminate properly. In an event you get a "sessions expired" window, you can do the following:-
1. Clear all browser caches.
This can be done by pressing down the CTRL and F5 buttons together. You can do this 3-5 times to ensure that cache is cleared.
2. Access the platform using an incognito window ( for Google Chrome Users) and a new private window(firefox users)
