As a software design and development company, our schedules can be intense. Last year was no exception. We stayed fully immersed in customer projects and product roadmap development right through to the end of the year. This year, however, we made a deliberate choice to start differently.

Last Friday afternoon, we hit pause to reconnect as a team and reflect on our values, our ambitions for 2026, and the commitments that will help us achieve them.

Through fun, thought-provoking games, we brought our values to life—sparking creative thinking, problem-solving, and plenty of “aha” moments. Most importantly, we strengthened our connections and were reminded that every role matters, whether it’s keeping our customers delighted or building market-responsive solutions.

We kick off the year energized, aligned, and excited about the journey ahead in 2026.
